Path : Staff > Forms > Select Recipients

Path : Communication > Chat > Smart Group > Route – Service

UI Enhancements

We’ve introduced targeted improvements across Student Promotion, Online Transactions, Fee Adjustments, Refund Processing, and User Account Management to simplify day-to-day administrative tasks.

What’s New :

UI Upgrade Across Key Modules

In this release, we have rolled out updated interfaces for Online Transactions, Payment Adjustments, Cancel/Refund Payment, User Account Management, List Views, Forms, and Settings, creating a more streamlined and consistent experience across the platform.

Why it Matters :

These improvements reduce the number of screens administrators need to navigate, provide better visibility into key operational processes, and make common tasks such as student promotion, payment monitoring, refund processing, and account management faster and easier to complete.

Student Promotion Process

What’s New : The Student Promotion workflow has been consolidated into a single interface. Provisional Promotion is now available as a dedicated tab within the promotion process, eliminating the need to switch between separate screens.

Key highlights:

  • Promotion counts are displayed for On Hold, To Be Promoted, and Promoted stages.
  • Academic Session information is shown clearly throughout the process
  • Class and Section are automatically selected in promotion stages.
  • Promotion, Detention, and Hold actions are available directly within the workflow.

Fine Logic Enhancement

What’s New : A new Slab Mode has been introduced with Applicable Slab and Cumulative Slab options to control how fines are calculated. Schools can tag each slab as either Flat or Day Wise. A new Live Example section and Fine Computation Logic panel provide instant visibility into how the configured fine will be applied.

Benefit : Gives schools more flexibility and clarity in configuring fines, applied accurately based on overdue days.

Path : Settings > Finance > Fee > Fine
