What’s New : Under Automatic substitution mode, the system prefers teachers with more free periods and lets you set the minimum free periods to retain after substitution. If none is available within the limit, the system can skip the substitution or relax the limit step-by-step until a substitute is found.
Benefit : Keeps substitutions balanced so teachers are not overloaded.
